Job Purpose

Handle the main duties of the Cloud technical sales function.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to sales representatives in a geographic area to assist sales efforts.
  2. Assist sales and accounts teams in scoping, validating requirements, and pricing cloud opportunities.
  3. Analyze the customer environment, discover, and diagnose a system or business problem.
  4. Work with the customer and internal teams to create detailed workflow solutions.
  5. Deliver and present the cloud solution and be able to articulate clear benefits and value to customers at various levels (Management, IT, user groups)
  6. Create and conduct product & solution presentations to customers.
  7. Provide solution recommendations to customers via white board presentations, conference calls, live product demonstrations and webinars.
  8. Responsible for providing thought leadership as it pertains to the technical aspects of proposed software/services solutions for each individual customer.
  9. Develop relationships with customers and vendors to better understand customer needs and expand the reach of possible solutions.
  10. Functions as a liaison between the customer and the product development team to help drive product innovation and quality.
  11. Collaborate and work closely with the other Landmark groups in the cloud Facilitate the resolution/follow up on cloud related items encountered during deployments, POCs, and UAT engagements.

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience and Skills):

Education                   

Specialization:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer/communication engineering or equivalen.

Experience                 

  • ITIL ITSM certified or relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 Years’ Experience of public cloud technical sales and VMware cloud platform.
  • Experience for hyper-scaler public clouds like AWS, Azure and Google cloud is a plus.
  • Overall knowledge of public cloud architecture, and technical requirements,

Languages                 

  • English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).

Conditions of Employment

  1. Days Off: 2 Days/Week
  2. PPEs / Health, Safety, and Environment requirements: No
  3. Working Days: 5 Days/week
  4. Working Environment: 98% standard office work & 2% out of office.
  5. Working Hours : From 9:00 AM till 5 PM.
