Job Purpose

Custom, develop, and maintain Internal Systems/CRM Applications for use in business transitioning manual workflows and processes onto semi/fully automated platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure stable and reliable operation of Internal Systems/CRM Applications.
  2. Administration and troubleshooting for Management applications.
  3. Day-to-day performance monitoring.
  4. Excellent knowledge of SQL architectures.
  5. Strong working knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles and Design Patterns.
  6. Solution documentation for the projects.
  7. Business Application workflow automation & Orchestration.
  8. Develop solutions based on analysis of business and technical requirements.
  9. Building and Designing advanced Reports using Reporting Services.
  10. Reporting and integration for Internal Systems: Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Cloud Apps.
  11. Project integration solutions across the enterprise and determine integration/interface requirements. 
  12. Ensure applications and systems interoperate to deliver end-to-end solutions and maintain the integrity of the system of-system enterprise.
  13. Designing and delivering API’s best practices and data integrations across Microsoft CRM and Cloud Apps.

Education                           

Specialization:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication/computer engineering

Experience                           

  • Minimum experience of 2 years.
  • Great understanding of application design and programming principles
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages like C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and the peculiarities of web application development.
  • Experience utilizing MS SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
  • Hands-on experience with application integration - Web Services (SOAP/RESTful, WCF, Web API, Windows Service)
  • Experience in CRM Dynamics 365 Cloud and On-Premises.

Conditions of Employment

  4. Working Environment: 98% standard office work & 2% out of office.
  5. Working Hours : From 9:00 AM till 5 PM.
