Job Purpose
Handle the main responsibilities of the GFMIS systems’ support.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform server administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies).
- Research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems working normally.
- Monitor server health using existing management tools and respond to any issues as they arise.
- Help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed.
- Assist the other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed.
- Follow up regular upgrades for all software/hardware and applications.
- Supervise the Installation for all new software and application for external/ internal projects.
- Follow-up the Low-level design and Solution documentation for internal and external projects.
- Participate in service failover testing.
- Supervise and document system configurations.
- Act as the 2nd layer of support for internal / external user’s problems.

Conditions of Employment
- Days Off: 2 Days/Week
- PPEs / Health, Safety, and Environment requirements: No
- Working Days: 5 Days / week [Sunday Till Thursday].
- Working Environment: 90% standard office work & 10% out of office.
- Working Hours : From 9:00 AM till 5 PM.
