Job Purpose

Handle the main duties of the Network functions.

Job Responsibilities

Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) process, the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.

Job specific responsibilities:

  1. Ensure stable and reliable Operation for internal cloud 
  2. Troubleshooting and fault analysis and repair.
  3. Troubleshoot ticket generation, response, and escalations.
  4. Standard changes implementation via our change control systems and processes.
  5. Administration for Management applications for health monitor and archive configuration.
  6. Technical administration and installation for Network lines with ISPs (leased lines, 3G, VSAT, Fiber, Microwave.)
  7. Technical administration and installation for network devices which includes but not limited to the below
  • Cisco Routers and switches
  • Data center switches (Nexus 1k, 2k, 5k, 7k and 9k, Fabric interconnect, Chassis Switches.)
  • Cisco ACI SDN solution
  • Application delivery controllers (F5, Citrix.)
  • Wireless controllers, wireless access points  ​​​​​​ 

     8. Technical administration and installation for network monitor and management application which includes but not limited to (cisco prime, Whatsup.)

  • Percentage of incidents solved within SLA time.
  • Percentage of escalated incidents to second Tier.
  • Percentage of reopened incidents.
  • Percentage of IT OLA / SLA Compliance.

Specifications: Qualifications, Experience, skills

Education: Bachelor

Specialization:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication / computer engineering
  • experience in Cloud provider or Cisco Partner or banking are a Plus
  • CCNP R&S – CCNP Data center – ITIL Foundational are a Plus
  • experience in Cisco ACI and SDN are a plus

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field. 

Languages:

  • English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Windows Skills: Advanced Level
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced Level
  • Using Internet browsers: Advanced Level
  • ERP / HRIS / ATS: N/A

Conditions of Employment

  1. Working Days: 5 Days / week [Sunday Till Thursday].
  2. Days Off: 2 Days / Week [Friday / Saturday].
  3. Working Hours : From 9:00 AM till 5 PM.
  4. Working Environment: 98% standard office work & 2% out of office.
  5. PPEs / Health, Safety, and Environment requirements: No
